Vacuum Assisted Plaster Based Investment Casting

This modular heat exchanger was cast using the vacuum assisted plaster based investment casting process. 

This process facilitates the use of complex geometries, impossible with any other casting process. 

These are heat exchangers, also cast. Due to the vacuum pressure extremely thin walls can be cast. Down to less than 0.5mm. 

Another heat exchanger. Very intricate design. 

Only otherwise manufacturable with Metal AM technologies. 

Can be produced at scale using plaster based investment casting.
